    Getting ready for a brew day and some football. A few months ago, @Lingenbrau posted his homebrewed German Pils which he hopped with Huell Melon. It sounded great, so I brewed one that's ready to go this morning. Damn if it's not the best tasting Pils that I've had in a while! Thanks and cheers @Lingenbrau!

    It’s a chilly one here this morning. First 20s of the season :rolling_eyes: Perennial ~ Static Electricity. Definitely should have drank yesterday as the can suggests but that’s around the time I got it.

    What did you think of that one? Break Side had those on sale at a steep discount when I was at the brewery in July. I passed on the deal thinking it must not be that great if they had to discount it at the brewery.

    This is a saison I brewed over 2 years ago. Needed 6 oz of beer for a recipe, so I cracked this open to try it. Held up ok.

    A very fitting beer for a very cold Front Range day...



    This English-styled brown ale is rich and delicious, chock full of roasted grain and nutty flavors, slightly sweet and with a fine subtle hop bitterness.

    Check out my review on NBS. Really complex, a tad boozy, and thinner than I prefer, but still really solid. Over a 4.
