    Monty’s MPA. Wales (UK) is a real pale ale country. Awesome. When you love pale ale, this must be one of the best regions to visit as far as I know. Full of taste, all these hand-pumped drafts.

    I had one of these days Friday at work and a lady I work with came over and told me "I know these idiots we work with are stressful but you worrying about it will not make them any smarter" I did feel better. Hope your day gets better, I had to start on blood pressure medicine partly due to stress. hang in there man!!
