    I'm back on track and tasted the last new beer we've got on tap.

    Bryg nr. 66 - Mother IPA from Åben at 7.1% ABV. This is a relatively new Danish brewery that I don't know much about. But it's the second beer we've had from them and although nothing mind-blowing they're doing some great stuff. This is filled with citrus notes and a bit of sweetness and malty flavours to balance it out. A great brew.

    So since I've already tasted the new beers I needed to try today it's all fun and games from here on.

    Hallo ich bin berliner weisse watermelon from Mikkeller, a 3.7% berliner weisse. I'm in the mood for stouts but needed something light and refreshing before moving to the heavier stuff. A regular at the bar texted me earlier and offered to come by with a Yellow Belly which I still haven't tried so I'm saving my taste buds for that one :wink:

    My wife got a hole in one today at Pinehurst No. 2 on the 9th hole. Amazing shot at an amazing location. It was so awesome!!

    Damn...slow day at the pub huh? This is a real good straightforward brown ale. Nice coffee and chocolate tastes with that classic brown caramel malt. Gonna hit the bike after this, hope to get lucky.

    It's funny, I really used to like Asahi Super Dry whenever I was in Japan, but since I discovered craft beer, it's just not quite the same... Basically a Japanese AAL.
