    Too dry (rye) for me, and the hops taste like vegetables.

    A good NEIPA. Almost bitter almost juicy. Cloudy but not filling/fluffy. Grapefruit lemon rind. Grassy linger.

    Splitting a bottle with my buddy - Whateley Family Farmhouse Ale, a collab btw CCB and TRVE:



    Tart but not funky. Some fruit sweetness (kumquat). Light and very easy/clean drinking. I like!

    The one bad thing about Cloudwater is the way they name their beers. Very straight forward, but makes is damn hard to remember which ones you’ve had. As far as the beer goes, I put my vote on these guys as the best brewery in Europe...

    Aruba looks beautiful, and my sister has been there several times and lives the place. I would go, but I start melting when it hits 60, so alas, it is not for me. Cheers!

    I can’t remember ever having an IPA with apples, but here we are! Damn, this is really great... probably the best so far from Mikkeller NYC!
