    Dymaxion from Modern Times. 8/27/18.

16 oz can sent over from California from Don. Poured into Sierra Nevada swirl glass. Canned 8/27/18.

Deep hazy juicy hay color with a tall creamy head of 3 fingers leaving lots of lace behind.

Fantastic nose. Fresh hops galore. Floral and fresh fruit aromas waft up. Apricot, pineapple, orange, gooseberry, grapefruit juice, orange juice, and pine.

Slightly dank, slightly creamy white wine. Grapefruit and orange pith, stringy pineapple, pine, herbs, slight tea notes, and some grassy tree bark stuff. Ends semi-clean but still pretty dank-ish.

Feel is crisp and effervescent, slightly juicy, good acidity, nice crisp finish with polite faint resins.

Overall a very good NE IPA that I'd definitely have again.

Omnipollo Zodiak Multiverse NEDIPA. This is fantastic. Aromas and flavors of big grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with moderate wheat, biscuit dough, light honeyed malt sweetness; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; very creamy/silky/bready/grainy malts and light sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter dryness. No hop astringency. Amazingly smooth/soft finish, minimal warming 8%. Assuming this is just imperial Zodiak. Simcoe, Citra, Centennial hops. Insanely juicy and lightly dank/earthy hop complexity; perfect wheat/oat/malt backbone, not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. Stellar stuff for the style. Should revisit the base beer again.

Always world class for me. Aromas and flavors of huge pumpkin, seeds, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, gingerbread, toasted pie crust, caramel, brown sugar, and light herbal hops. Light-moderate herbal hop/spice bitterness on the finish. Medium-plus bodied; balanced bready/grainy creaminess and hop/spice stickiness in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter/spicy dryness, never astringent. Super drinkable, minimal warming 8.6%. This feels more balanced fresh than it used to be years ago. I used prefer it with some age to balance out the spices; but it seems to be good to go right now. Will keep an eye out for more fresh packs, this was my last bottle. Already got some Warlock last week.

Hey @larryi86 - I've been holding off on this beer until now (wanted to get through all of the huge wealth of hops you provided - thank you again for your generosity!), and I'm thoroughly enjoying it!

Man, honestly, I have a hard time guessing at styles sometimes based on cans. And then I'm too lazy to look up a beer before I drink it, also because I don't want to skew my rating based on looking at what the beer has already been rated - so I didn't honestly know whether this was an IPA, a Berliner, whatnot... so I just cracked it, relatively blind, and drank away.

The nose immediately gives it away as a sour. I'm amazed by how rich, tart, sour, and flavorful this beer is. Great depth, great pucker, and thankfully, none of that chardonnay grape nose that is so off-putting to me. I'd drink this beer every single night if I could.

Thank you, Larry - this is a seriously excellent beer. I really appreciate it!

Shiner’s Wicked Juicy IPA with dinner tonight. I really wanted this beer to be good but it was a disappointment. Hoping to get a consistent source of fresh NEIPA locally.
