They made sure to cover that in the terms before we signed up.

Why did they even open a 2018 membership?

The answer to that is obvious but if they could of waited until ‘19 things would of been smoother. I knew when I signed up that there would be no beer for a while because they’re a brand new brewery that has to age the beer in barrels before release but I thought they would age for 6-8 months and we would see beer by this past summer. This is a couple months longer than I had planned on waiting for the beer when I signed up. If the beer is good all will be forgiven.

So where do I sign up for next years membership? I have a good feeling by the end of next year, maybe they will put out amazing stuff for me to think this membership was worth it.

It'll almost been disappointing when they DO deliver on this; it's been entertaining to follow from the sidelines.

If their normal stout (the Hipster line) is going to be the BA stout options, I'll be disappointed. That beer is too thin..

Now, if it's the Bottle Logic collab stout.. We'd be talkin..

I hope people wear their shirts, so us normal people can point and laugh at them.

If the beer ends up being world class I’ll wear the shirt, if not I’m donating it to the thrift store.

"I joined Wild Barrel's Inner Circle and all I got was this lousy t-shirt." Problem solved.

By announced you mean it's been said is exists... glad they gave us SOOO much information on it. More info. on the can release was provided than on the member beer.

"With apologies for the delay, we are glad to tell you we will have our first Membership bottle release on Sunday, December 16th, starting at 10am in the taproom. You will be able to come in and pick up your two bottles of the first release (a barrel-aged stout), your two club glasses and your t-shirt. We also will have a small amount of this first bottle release left over to serve on draft, available exclusively for our Members. we'll be around that day, so we can fill you in on plans for future releases. And don’t worry if you can’t make it on Sunday -- we will hold your bottles and swag for you.

We realize it's taken us time to get to this point, and we very much value and appreciate your patience. We will, of course, be extending your Membership into 2019 until you receive all the Membership barrel-aged beers as promised, and your discount privileges will be extended as well.

As an FYI we will be doing a can release the day before of five beers and we will make sure there will be plenty of those still available for you to pick up with your member discount if you are interested. (A list of those beers is attached.)

Looking forward to seeing you at the release or whenever you're in the brewery."

Just FYI for those picking up your beers... there's a little drink ticket that gives you a 4oz pour of the member bottle. And it's pretty tasty

Wow that sucks. Living up to their name I guess. Are they still fulfilling orders or is it recalled? I was going to wait until a few bottles have been released before having them shipped.

Source? None of the checkins on Untappd mention fears of infection.
