    Clear red gold color with light cap.

    Clean aroma that's mostly malty with a hint of something darkish and sweet like cherry cola.

    Nice low key flowing malt rich flavor that offers a hint of roasted malt without any bitterness or roast malt elements like coffee. Just a smooth darkness linked to the malt richness.

    We were up here at camp less than 2 weeks ago, and the fall foliage was in full spectacle: yellows, oranges, reds. Today, mostly brown already. Guess old man Winter is on his way.

    Our camp has a stove for heat, so the good thing is we'll be up here during the winter season. Although we're not big on skiing or ice-fishing, my wife & I find drinking in a cozy warm cabin to be fine winter sport.... looking forward to it.
