    This is actually quite a bit better than I remembered it for some reason. Thanks @PSU_Mike for giving me another shot at this. Nicely balanced, even though the chili and cocoa is a little heavy-handed, which I personally don't mind at all though. I can always enjoy a stout brewed with proper habanero peppers!

    Drinking a bottle of my latest homebrew using 98% Vienna malt (6-8 ebc) and 2% caramel pale malt (6-10 ebc). The malt flavor is distinct and bready and the color golden brown. It once again reinforces my opinion that breweries should look to Vienna and Munich malt for use as their basemalt when making amber and dark lager beers. You get the color you want and expect with a malt flavor that you cannot get from paler basemalts and dark roasted malts.
