As I was drinking that the other night I couldn’t help but think a little cedar addition would make for an interesting variant. Not sure if you could do that with some cedar wood chips, or some cedar smoke, or if it’s more like a spruce tips deal, but it would be tasty. Can you make that happen @beertunes?

I'm a bust. I've been sending mine in BIF's and ninjas.

 

I generally don't drink on Sundays so I have never posted on NBS before, is it OK if I take some notes on beers I am drinking today and share them tomorrow in the thread or is it supposed to be beers you drink on Sunday?

 

Many of us are too hungover, or just too busy, to do much drinking on Sundays - I've checked in with folks multiple times with beers that I've had throughout the week. There was about a three week span this summer where I didn't drink beer at all - so I just said hello and caught up with folks.

Just be a good neighbor. The small details aren't really that important.

 

The Briery's Melange 10 is up this alley. It's pretty good (albeit I'm pretty biased since it was my recipe). It was a little polarizing. People either liked or didn't. It has a few years on it, so I don't know how easy a trade it would be. I'd love to send you one, but I think I only have one left. Most of what I had, I sent to family and friends. I was a little unbearable.

 

We have people that post their whole week with of beer in one thread on Sunday. Or course we try for a new one on Sunday. However i have shared one I've drank a few days prior on more than one occasion. Plus who knows what day you drank it on unless you say it
