Which brewery would you take over while your fellow man is getting eaten alive by the undead?

I'd head straight to either Lagunitas or Great Lakes. They have enough brews I love to satisfy me until I become lunch in their brewpubs. Even then, I imagine I go well with either a Brown Shugga' or an Eliot Ness.

I would submit myself to the zombies wrath. I bet my brain is delicious.

One that is on higher ground, sees winters, sturdy doors, with no low hanging windows. Know any brewers that are hunters that might have a gun rack? ;-)

Also, are we talking about Night Of The Living Dead slow walking zombies or something more aggressive like 28 Days Later with tons of runners?

hate to be that guy but.....28 days later were diseased people not zombies :stuck_out_tongue: a traditional zombie is always sluggish.

In The Walking Dead there are runners and walkers ... being they were in the Atlanta area I'd probably head right to Sweetwater.

I understand what are you are saying, old voodoo teachings would call someone under the influence of magic or drug to where they have no control a "zombie". This is a bigger agruement though. ;-)

Locally I'd head right to Harpoon, many ways there to block the horde of flesh eaters and enough beer to last you a good while.

One could only hope they could make it that far.

I head to Walking Man Brewing in Stevenson, WA. Great beer and food, but most of all, it would be a safe haven to take refuge. The only way you can get to it is by a long bridge called Bridge of the Gods that goes over the river. Id blow up the bridge as soon as I crossed, and be safe for the rest of eternity.

Wish I had the time for a project like that. Right now I get my kicks on Sunday nights with good beer and the Walking Dead. If things turned that bad I would have no problem drinking out of code beer. :grimacing:

The one thing missing from Walking Dead is a good cellar raid. Why no Rares and 'loons Rick?

I would go to Founders. Drink all the damn KBS, Breakfast Stout and CBS in the cellar there and go out like a champ!

I'd go to Frog Island because even zombies wouldn't care to visit it. And it's right down the street.

Only one correct answer to this question...New Glarus...on top of a tall, wooded hill with a long approach...make some impromptu gun turrets and barricades, enjoy some great beers, and take out some zombies!
