    Changing the subject... since moving from CA to FL In 2016 I haven’t had the pleasure of visitng monkish but will be going after the Chargers game next weekend on Sunday. Are their Belgians and or saisons as good (comparably to the rest of the market) as their hops? Just want to know what to buy growlers of and what to drink in house.

    I love their saisons and sours. They were killing it with Belgians and Saisons before IPAs were even a twinkle in their eye.

    Semme della Vitta is still on tap. You need to try that. Arguably, Monkish's sour game is better than their IPA game. I prefer Monkish "belgian" over a lot of things.

    Fruited Sours from Monkish go pretty quick. Fruited Vellichor from....two years ago? went in seconds.

    Wore my OG monkish "Beer. Hope. Love" hoodie circa 2012 for the first time in months yesterday with no intentions of going to the brewery even after the announced can release. As fate would have it, I got invited after work, decided to go by around 5. Every one of the staff members asked where I got my hoodie, only Eric, Jairo and Ivan knew it was an old school hoodie. Real recognize real.

    Haven't been up to Monkish since the Broadcasting Live release a little over a month ago. What beer I have been drinking has been more west coast styled IPA/DIPAs. When I saw this was on for fills today I bee-lined it up to Monkish this afternoon and filled up a few growlers, when I took my first sip I immediately realized just how amazing this recipe is, up until Broadcasting, this was my favorite Monkish beer, and pretty much still is for a myriad of reasons, this crop of Nelson and Galaxy just take this to another level. Freekin amazing batch.

    I’m a hater of Nelson but foggy and la fresh have both been amazing. Maybe it’s just most people don’t use Nelson correctly? I usually get an apple to white wow taste that is very off putting. Here I get more of a subtle spice and floral note with citrus. Also, aside from beats is infinite(all galaxy) foggy window is my fav beer. So well done. Like bubblegum and sweet pineapple
