    This was my exact feeling for Anabasis at 5:30/6:00, but they didn’t have a ton so it was out quickly

    Consensus for most was 3 candles > 5 candles but I think I actually preferred 5. Both beers are world class and in the discussion for best beers I’ve ever had.

    Karen and staff did an amazing job yesterday handling the chaos. Hell of a time!

    What a great anniversary party yesterday! 5 Candles was excellent, but I'm very sad to know that was my last pour of 3 Candles. One of my favorite beers of all time is officially retired...

    Surprised this hasn’t been posted yet. I’ve made the trip into town the past two weekends and will be coming next Friday to pick up BBT so going to have to sit this one out. Look forward to drinking a bottle onsite though!

    Story behind that label illustration? And as far as Leaner and Jammy, who prefers one version over the other, or do you find them similar enough to not really need to differentiate?

    The Side Project / Casey collaboration labels are drawings of the other brewery's labels - so the SP ones are in the style of the Casey Fruit Stand labels and the Casey ones are in the style of the SP 375 labels (Leaner is meant to look like the Fuzzy label, for example).

    I've liked the Casey labeled versions more. If memory serves me right I believe those had a little more funk to them and not quite as fruit forward as the SP labels. Just how I prefer my saisons but both versions are wonderful.
