Well, at least this should stop the complaining about Eventbrite

It's an awful system. If it's an hour and 10 mins in and still isn't sold out of 300, then there's a big issue somewhere in the system. How it doesn't just hold you in queue until they're sold out is beyond me.

Can’t manage to properly sell 300 packages in over an hour.

    Well done, Half Acre. Lmao.

There is probably a single ticket left, and people who already scored a ticket keep getting it in their cart and letting it time out as they desperately try to find someone to buy it and mule a second allotment for them.

    *gets in queue*

    "Sorry, it's sold out!"

    "Is it sold out?"

"No, you can get in queue if you want"

Lol. HA accidentally has the last cart open to monitor sales, not realizing they have 1 ticket in it still....

An hour and 15 minutes in and ticketleap can't get 300 orders though. That seems like a poorly coded platform and logic. I don't know if they expected a lot less traffic but I'd rather lose quickly than spending over an hour continually trying. Anyone have any insight on their procedure versus other sites (i.e. eventbrite or ticketmaster)?

Lol all of a sudden all tickets are either sold or in someone's cart. So are you telling me all this time there have just been a bunch of tickets sitting around that no one was buying?

I've been through a number of frustrating online wait list purchases. That was the most frustrating...

Officially sold out. Almost an hour and a half later.

HA probably shouldn't use that shitty service for a ticket release again.

Oh man, this is quite the feedback loop.

My insight is that eventbrite always tells me very quickly I didn't get the ticket I was trying to get!

    Bush League.

Obviously this year's Benthic is garbage or it would have sold out sooner.

It's no Dark Lord or Henna which always sell out in 5 mins. Too bad it's an inferior product.

Would be somewhat funny if this was the in person experience at HA too.

    My takeaways:

    1) This has made standing in line seem a little more tolerable; I'm glad I could waste an hour and a half of my life at work on this.

    2) It's pretty sad when you're actually relieved the tickets sold out.

    3) If there were only 300 tickets, what is the point of a queue with more than 300 people in it, that also boots you out before all tickets are purchased?

They shouldn't charge a convenience fee for making people wait for an hour to get a ticket...
Next time they should partner with the creator of Fortnite and have an online battle royale for tickets...

People think Dark Lord sells out in 5 minutes, but in reality I have seen people score tickets as late as 6pm when tickets go on sale at noon. Lots of tickets sit in carts for 15 minutes and expire over and over as people keep trying to see if any friends want tickets.
