Yeah, yeah, yeah, I’m having one this morning. This is pretty nice. Silky, a little sweet, a little bitter, alcohol hidden well. I'm hitting the hay after this, cheers all.

Waiting for my window to drive south over the mountains...my second cup this am - SN’s “Coffee Stout”:

Looking like I’m staying put today; tomorrow will be much better for driving. Cheers from the cold/rainy Kanawha Valley, and stay safe y’all!

Works in daylight as well . . .

Clear light gold color with World class white cap and lacing.

Aroma of sweet, bready malt with floral, spicy hops with a freshly cut hay quality.

Taste at first is about equal parts of malt and hops together. Malt is superior in this regard but hops hold their own ground. Very pleasant mix that manages to be both simple and complex at the same time. It has the sophistication of the European model yet also possesses an individual approach to the traditional lager theme. Malt and hops continue to work in harmony from start to finish.

    Medium texture with balancing carbonation.

Outstanding example of the lager style, food and company friendly yet fully competent to stand on it's own.

I remember chasing this in bomber 2-3 years ago. Good job on DFH for bottling multiple times and getting product out fresh. My bottle is 2 weeks old today and very enjoyable. Cheers all!

I hope my local guy still has this, want to sample one. Agree with DFH and them keeping it fresh. I have been snagging their bottles around town (Again) and the last haul I got was 3 weeks old, it seems like they are really keeping things fresh least from what I have seen.
    Cheers

Moving on to a very fine double IPA from my hometown of Mansfield, Ohio...

The advertising states this DIPA comes in with 100 IBUs of hop presence. It is bitter but not a tongue ripper. In fact, I find the base malt sugars and flavors do an outstanding job of balancing things out. There is no excessive alcohol presence either. One of the best DIPAs I've encountered...

Wrapping up the morning beer intake with an excellent Los Angeles wild ale...

Tart and dry, ringing out lemon and lime flavors with a delightful tangy juiciness...

BBA neapolitan milk stout by saugatuck on tap. The bourbon is a bit too strong for my liking, getting better as I drink it though.
