Fieldwork appreciation thread

im hoping it goes as smooth as last years good conduct release

 

Didn’t get to have it last year. How was it? Sitting st my local Fieldwork taphouse while I type this. Drinking Sniff Test with African Queen. Not that you cared, but now you know.

 

Gonna have a Fieldwork party with @AllHopsMatter

 

Last years good conduct only kept getting sweeter and sweeter. I think I gave away my last few cans.

 

I just had their 1502 Vienna Lager this past weekend and I enjoyed it. Of course I had one of their IPA's before that and it was tasty as well. I enjoy the large selection of juicy IPA's they always have.

How much is a can?

 

Was gonna swing by my local Fieldwork and pick up some cans of the new releases. Supposedly sold out of all cans by 12... just one hour after opening. Missed Good Conduct for another year. Guess I’ll live vicariously through you. Looks/sounds great.

 

$9 a can, for 16oz of ba beer of this caliber, it’s quite the deal

Any word about today's releases? Thinking of stopping by San Mateo after work but not sure if they still sell out as quickly as they did last year. I'm actually hoping to get some Bean Machine.

 

They had Good Conduct in Berkeley at 1pp at around 12. Short line at the time with tons of cans. Picked up a growler to bring to dinner tomorrow.

 

They also had a re-up of Good Conduct at San Mateo (1pp). Pulp was gone in 40 mins but they still had the other two when I arrived at 12:30.

 

Was able to get Pulp and Bean Machine cans in Berkeley, around 11:40 this morning, with no problem. This is a solid batch of Pulp. I'm really looking forward to Bean Machine, one of my favorites from FW.

 

Haven't tried this batch of BM yet, but definitely agreed a very solid batch of Pulp. Its going to be very good brew accompanying much needed time out of the office!

 

Bean Machine is as tasty as I remember, and confirmed for my palate and preferences it's my highest rated beer from Fieldwork. Great stuff!

 

This batch of Pulp is among my favorite. Excellent mouthfeel and as it warmed, got pretty guava-forward both in aroma and taste. If there's any left when I get back to town, I'm in for a couple more growler fills.

 

I cruised in to Monterey for the holiday weekend around 1:30pm Wednesday and grabbed cans of Pulp and Bean Machine and a couple bottles of Throwing Darts. Went back at some point for crowlers of the raspberry kettle sour to bring back to San Diego. Love being able to park in downtown Monterey and walk so easily between Fieldwork and Alvarado Street. Crazy to have two world class breweries so close together.

 

Was able to get a pour at Crafty Fox after not having it for over a year, and Holy shit I forgot how good this beer was.

 

Dropped by Fieldwork San Ramon for the first time this afternoon, they still had a bunch of cans of Altered Yeast and Orange Parfait. Super fast & convenient. The place was packed as well as the surrounding shopping complex from the holiday frenzy, but it was still very easy to find parking. No line at all, in & out to-go in about one minute flat.
