    Saw this at the store and couldn’t resist.

    Roasty, bitter hop presence, with citrus undertones. I miss black IPAs. First I’ve had in a long while. Not bad at $11 a four pack either. Will definitely pick up a second pack

    This is Toby. Toby's my daughter's dog but my daughter's away at university so now Toby thinks he's my dog. Toby's being a pest because he wants to go out in the woods and play in the snow. Fuck that. I want to lie on the sofa and take a nap. Not quite sure how that's going to play out.

    Having a Soup DIPA. Nice murky DIPA. Not all too special, good and nice muddy IPA however.
    Awesome tunes below are in no relation to the beer in this case.

    Today's theme is raspberry, starting with this raspberry "Saison" from Estonia. Rather one-dimensional, really coming across like more of a Kettle Sour, but does have a lovely, natural raspberry note with a good balance of sweetness and tartness.

    And that, right there, is a prime example of divergent evolution: Wolves have evolved to be fast, have great endurance and strong jaws that can crush a moose's thigh bone. Coton de Tulears have evolved to be so frigging cute that half your dinner ends up on the oriental carpet under the dining room table.
