Sounds like it wasn't as crazy there today as was expected, so I'm glad to hear that.

I'm hoping for a solid, but quiet, release the weekend of December 16th when we come up to the city (my fiance's first time ever). Given the below, I'm pretty optimistic about that, and I'd love that line up.

Last year the preceding week was DDH Space Diamonds, Aint Nothing Nice, DDH Simcoe + Wai-iti, Candy from Strangers, The Other Day, Short Dark and Breakfast, DDH Oh..., and ACE.

 

I arrived at 430 yesterday and they were selling cans from the side bay, with maybe four people in front of me and a total wait time of 3-4 minutes. All five of the new cans were available as well as four from last release and the double chocolate stout.

 

This is stemming from the trillium thread, wondering how OH has been treating their employees with the recent expansion.

 

That thread is really outdoing us right now, so please everyone give this your best efforts.

 

Like hell anything about Boston outdoes NYC.

 

Also on a related side note - where the fuck are our tequila-spiked, trub-filled beer slushies?

I think the Monkish and Treehouse threads always have us beat when it comes to maladjusted individuals arguing over fermented sugar water.

 

There’s also a thread about someone complaining about some beer not being at Hill Farmstead in the NE forum. HF hates its customers too apparently.

 

Need to check out Monkish. Treehouse definitely has lots of arguing but it’s fairly monotonous. C+ for creativity

Rumor mill has another stout bottle and a couple cans releasing Friday. Hoping it is actually Saturday even though they said they moved the Saturday release to yesterday (there was a saturday release last year after thanksgiving though so who knows).

 

I heard employee wages were cut by 37.5% to pay for the hand dryers.

 

Burial posted about their Velvet Magnum Christmas Party and bottle release on the 15th, so that should be coming soon.

 

BA Snowbirds too!!!! Although I dont think it will be this week.
