    Another week, another early morning start by me. I love Westmalle Triple and also its dubbel counterpart but it means going a tad bit out of my way to purchase it so...

    Awright, lissen up, ya goon squad! This is Sgt. Nick Fury howlin' at youse guys! There's been far too much Lager slurpin' goin' on these past coupla days & I want it to stop! We drink Ales & at cellar temp, unnerstand? There's a war on & apparently some ah youse didn't get the memo! Anybody seen Pfc. ChANdler? What is that misfit doing & Drinking right NOW?!?

    A fast food sort of Lager . . .

    Taste of yeasty bread, some hop influence opens up mid palate, finish is clean and crisp. Hops come across as firm yet not obtrusive with a slight citrus tang. The flavors are good though not outstanding. In fact this is a conservative prob in the Pilsner direction without wandering off the established boundaries of the Yuengling reservation.

    Kids' first day of school after Thanksgiving break is cancelled due to snow, as is my morning physical therapy session. Still have to go to work later, but for now I'll have some coffee and this one. Happy Monday.

    I really don't think Sunday Morning Stout has been nearly as good this year. In particular, every bottle I've had has been under-carbed; I poured this thing like a nitro to get this kind of head production (not an exaggeration).

    Don't get me wrong: it's still a good beer, but that first year "KBS Killer" pronouncement from so many BAs now seems dramatically inaccurate, in retrospect. (I was never in that camp; even in a blind side-by-side, I favored KBS pretty clearly, and I'm not a fan boy.)

    Super thumbs up for the atmosphere video. One shot music videos are pretty neat in general and it's a good song.

    You should! This one is not a disappointment. I’ve yet to have been disappointed by any of their movie.
