I don't know.the actual answer to that question. However, since I took my first sip I thought that Maduro was the base beer.

advice. Put the beer in the frig as soon as you can. These unpasteurized IPAs do not like warm. And do not eat the yellow snow.

Delicious imperial witbier. Great head retention/lacing. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, red apple, melon, coriander, clove, peppercorn, and light banana/bubblegum yeast; with moderate wheat, white bread dough, light honeyed malt; herbal, floral, grassy hop and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and yeast/coriander spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; creamy/bready/grainy wheat; light sticky hops/spice in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering bitter/spicy dryness, no cloying/astringency. Smooth, pretty refreshing, mildly increasing warmth of 8%. Spot on style all around. Great balance of Wit yeast, spices, and pale/wheat malts; with mild noble hop presence. Not overly sweet/heavy for the ABV. 3.9


To Øl Magenta Berliner. This was delicious. Fantastic head retention/soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big juicy/tart/tangy strawberries, dragon fruit, kiwi, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, hay, straw, and grass; with moderate wheat, cracker, white bready malts; light pepper, lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang; light herbal/grassy bitterness, and spiciness on the finish. Medium-plus carbonation, light-medium body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced creamy/grainy wheat, lactic acid, and fruit tang/tannins in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing acidic/tangy fruit dryness, no pucker/astringency. Very smooth, not overly lactic, 4.5%. Great balance of juicy fruits, Lacto complexity, and pale/wheat malts against acidity. Well made style example. 3.93
