August Schell's Witbier.......Lighter, and crisp, big coriander flavors. Not a "classic" representation of the style, but I like it.

 

Picked up a case of SN Celebration today but won’t crack one for a few hours.

 

School. All those young minds you are molding. Met you a couple of times and I came away each time knowing that you know how to reach kids. Schools need more folks like you. My kids are grown and married. I got no stake in this. But I have faith you are gonna do the right thing by your students.

Having said all that when the fuck can I drink some beer with you?

 

What would really help is sharing a bottle of Makers with you. Or perhaps one for each of us.

 

Picked this up in CT over Thanksgiving. Looks awesome, and has a fantastic aroma. The flavor is a touch too bitter, but still it's better than average.



Will sip on this while I read through a certain post in the New England forum that I didn't see until this morning…
