Good morning BAs! Got a skimming of snow here in NW PA overnight - enough to cover the grass (or in my yard, moss) and to produce the dreaded "black ice". This will give the deer hunters a chance today, yesterday belonged to the deer. Today's New Breakfast Beer is yet another disappointment from Southern Tier:



Flavor does not live up to the appearance or nose.

 

Sunny day, supposed to warm into the 60s.
Looks like a visit to the Dog Park is in my future.

Light lunch, light brew . . .



Attractive light gold color with lasting cap and lacing.

Aroma of mild grain and a whif of hops.

Flavor is even milder than the scent which is to say not much. Flavor and hopping level remind me of a Light AAL.

 

The Stranger said to take a beer break after doing some decorating. I learned the hard way not to question him. Another bottle from the old KBS stash dated 02/11/15 that tastes mostly like bourbon barrel now. I'm wondering if and when we'll see any barrel aged bottles from Founders out here? They've sent plenty of All Day, Centennial and a few other pedestrians. Cheers fellow now flies!

 

Good to here! I put a 14 in the fridge this morning and I'm sure there's a 12 down in the basement somewhere.

Cooler afternoon here in big Houston. This time of year is always odd for me. My business really slows down and so while many are working, Im just hangin' around.
