Homebrewer's Christmas Wish List?

    Hey everyone - wondering if anyone has any brewing equipment/items on their Christmas wish list. I've gotten more and more into brewing in the past 2 and a half years. About a year ago I bought all-grain equipment. I have a pretty simple setup - 2 15 gallon keggles for my HLT and boil kettle and a standard cooler for a mashtun. I have a quality burner and I've had no issues with my wort chiller. Trying to get ideas for making incremental improvements to my system.

    Last year was my all grain gear. This year is all about kegging equipment. Can't wait to keg my first batch!

    This year my list still has
    Digital Refractometer

    Other stuff to consider
    Good Scale
    pH meter
    Kegging Equipment - Regulator, CO2 tank, kegs, lines, taps, CO2 splitters, etc.

    Just chewed on some local base malt from 40 Mile Malt Co....hoping Santa can bring me a sack or two (1 Pilsner + 1 Pale Ale)
