Agreed, all were very hot yet awesome.

 

Excited for Passion Fruit Bling. Pineapple Bling is one of my favorite random beers that Pipeworks brews.

 

Maybe it is also nicknamed honey because it tastes like honey. Almost all I could taste was a honey-like sweetness.

It's definitely possible the coffee could have a honey character, though I wouldn't assume that just from the honey processed coffee. Not doubting what you tasted, just a general statement.

 

But yeah I will also chime in its very possible you got a honey like sweetness from the coffee. But that didn't come from the processing.

 

This. Coconut is amazing.

Sundae, Apple Brandy, and Cognac were all super nice too.

The only recon I can give everyone is they said they made 30 cases of Apple Brandy, and it sounded like they made 10 barrels of coconut (what is that like 3000 bottles?)

There was a nice mix of people walking out with just a few bottles, and guys there with their lady beer mules walking out with three whole cases.

 

All barrel aged offerings should be available tomorrow still correct? I know historically they last at the dojo for a while but was just curious? Thanks
