Cognac is 2pp...or enough to create about 76 molotov cocktails. HOT AF

Can we just take a second to appreciate that PW just dropped 6 ba stouts/variants all at 20 bucks or less all aged for 19 months or more in spirit barrels. Fully erect.

I’m with yah there. On the way home from work, grabbing the car and rolling over there half chubb with anticipation for maximum blood flow upon entry

When you factor in everything (release style, quantity, taste, price, etc) PW is the best barrel program in the city for me.

Coconut is the clear winner from this group IMO. Perfectly balanced and delicious. Sundae was a bit more tart than I prefer. Original and Hyper were as on point as ever. Cognac is a wild card. I loved it but it's hot, needs some time to mellow, but the cognac brings a wonderful and unique flavor profile to it.

So raise prices? Also your price now includes 10.25% taxes so back that out and that’s the actual shelf price.

This round Coconut and Cognac are my top two I think. Good batch all around though.

Not really just barrel program. I mean if you had to drink from one brewery in the city wouldn’t it be pipeworks? Just by how well they do across all different variety of styles

Pipeworks proves that beer quality still wins over hype game. Top-notch people making top-notch stouts & IPAs. Stopped into the Dojo today and couldn't be happier with the $225 spent.

Whoever was the first to say that the coconut was great, was spot on. Cognac is indeed a bit hot. I really liked Sundae. The strawberry flavor is more real than the Vlad Neopolitan which is very nice. Sad I missed the apple brandy. As to the above 'who does the best releases and barrel programs,' I think Pipeworks and Rev are tied (not counting Goose who don't directly release BCS.) Was super fun talking with the guys in the taproom about tastes I get from the coffee and whether or not I get any green pepper.

BA Jones Dog is still the winner by far.

Not that the others are lacking. Just that this beer is so fucking good.

I was lucky enough to stop in and be one of the last few to get Apple Brandy. I was going to wait until tomorrow, but decided to go today. As always, the team there was great. Can’t say enough good things about them.

I tasted Sundae and Apple Brandy, and I think those both could use some time to settle down. And that’s coming from me that typically loves Jones and Hyper right out of the gate. I’ll pronably open a Jones and/or Hyper soon since I bought a couple. I’m just worried it’s gonna make me want more, and I really don’t need more beer at all right now.
