    Tørst wants $14 for a 5 oz. of Gideon’s Pancake Stout while it’s on tap at Other Half for $5 a taster. Never thought I’d say OH tasters are cheap

    Good thing Tired Hands wasn't involved, or this would probably be $32/4-pack.

    As someone who couldn't be less interested, I kind of hope they push the limit, just to see the reaction.

    I was at the Torst event and left after my first pour. I got there a little after noon and the bar area was packed. Not sure why considering nobody was sitting at any of the tables. I've always known their prices were up there, but this was just absurd and the clientele didn't help. I think they wanted $8 for an 8oz. pour of the Omnipollo Pilsner. The whole thing just rubbed me the wrong way. Went to Other Half and spent half the amount for more beer, which is saying something...

    The post says quad hopped with six types of vanilla. I was hopeful. Lactose just guarantees to ruin it. Damn.

    I used to love Omnipollo but they don’t seem interested in making beer anymore.

    Just tried that Omnipollo pancake stack stout. Jeez... that was a lot of maple syrup jammed into a 4oz glass. Actually, the whole taproom smelled like maple syrup as soon as I walked in. It just kicked though, so maybe the smell of hops will return soon.
