I was gifted a very expensive set of 8 glasses from the Pretentious Glassware company. I do not like these glasses. I never ever use them.

Maybe you guys could help me out: my Secret Santa person is into single malt whiskey, wine, things like that. Can you think of a gift I can get him for about $20.00? Thanks very much.

My wife was going to go down to Total Wine, buy a dozen singles, and do a "12 Beers of Xmas" for me. I am pretty sure she forgot.

I like to get a cool shirt from my favorite brewery. I have so many glasses that I banned my wife from buying me more for the holidays, lol.

    1) Those little box gift sets are nice. Jameson isn't single malt, but most people I know that drink whiskey like to keep it around as a mixer or cheap date.

    2) Some sphere silicone ice molds.

    3) A Selection Menu Aerator

My brother (who worked in an Italian restaurant for a decade) always used one of these. It's not really to be used for cheap wine, but if they get wine from clubs or wineries that need a little cellaring and you want to drink it early (or you find an aged wine still a little tight), this can make it more approachable.

Beer gear. I probably own more clothing bought from craft breweries than any real stores.

Although I think the glass angle is a good one, I can't get enough brewery bowling shirts and t-shirts.

I'm a bit of a sign collector, the metal tacker signs. They're inexpensive, and many breweries sell them.

I get a gift card to a local bottle shop every year. I always enjoy getting cool bottle openers or beer books, but not much beyond that.

Yes indeed... and to magnify the cheap aspect, many can be found from $10 to $15.

Have to say despite the cost that is some of the ugliest glass I've ever seen. Art is to the eye of the beholder, I'm in the art business, and some expensive pieces are ugly as hell, same with those glasses.

Some or all of these may have been mentioned -
Beer glasses, beer/wine stoppers/cappers, clothing merchandise, gift cards to breweries or bottle shops, homebrew equipment, french press (for adding ingredients to beer), breathalyzer.

I live very close to few of their stores and will let you in on a somewhat local secret; call the stores directly and inquire about "seconds". You can save a bit of money and sometimes you may get a piece with a bit more character. The Windsor store is the one I deal with the most, and they are very good at calling you back. But yeah, they make gorgeous hand-blown glassware and they are worth it even at the first quality.
