    There’s one DJ here on our classic rock station who’s on in the middle of the afternoon on Sunday I think. He’s plays Fearless with relative frequency. One of my favorite Floyd songs. Cheers.

    I'm honestly not a huge fan of Barleywines and was wondering if this might change my mind. It didn't. Although it's probably the best example of the style that I've had, it's still just too syrupy sweet and boozy for my personal taste, even though I can kinda appreciate the strong red berry character and toffee notes.

    Deep hazy orange, one finger off white soapy foam crown, settles to a foam layer, some lacings

    Fragrant on the pour, citrus orange, candied orange, pineapple, mango, whiff of grapefruit, whiff of spice

    Taste of citrus orange , hint of pine

    Hop taste , no bite

    Good beer

    Starting off with a good hit of coffee today. Double Pull, an imperial stout brewed with espresso, milk sugar, and flaked oats, by Captain Lawrence Brewing; a great-looking stout that lives up nicely to its billing, delivering plenty of semi-bitter roasted coffee with undertones of milk chocolate and caramel, and a well-delivered creamy/oily mouthfeel throughout. The 10.5% ABV is all but invisible, as well. Cheers, BAs!
