A bit of coffee for breakfast. It's ok, but I've had better.

Amazing as always. Aromas and flavors of huge milk/dark chocolate, nutty coffee, vanilla, cream, caramel, brown sugar, marshmallow, toffee, fudge, bourbon, rye whiskey, coconut, toasted oak, and dark/brown bread; with lighter notes of molasses, raisins, smoke, and herbal/peppery hops. Light roast/char bitterness and bourbon/rye/oak spiciness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and fairly full body; with a very smooth, creamy, silky, velvety, and rich mouthfeel that is fantastic. Light sticky hops, chalky roast, bourbon/oak tannins, and increasing dryness. Dangerously smooth sipping, mildly warming 12%, minimal barrel booze. Super rich malt complexity and balanced vanilla/coffee flavors; with amazing barrel presence/integration. Never overly boozy, tannic, or drying. Not overly roasty or bitter. One of the smoothest BBA beers I have had. Great price as well. Year round shelf beer now. I can still buy 2017, along with 2018 vintages.

Amazing NEIPA as always. Flavors of huge grapefruit, tangerine, orange juice, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berries, lemon zest, orange peel, and light pepper/pine hops; with wheat, biscuit dough, light honeyed malt sweetness; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Very mild pine, grassy, zesty, citrus peel bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; very creamy, bready, grainy wheat/oats, and light hop stickiness in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Very dank and juicy hops, with perfect wheat, oat, malt malt balance. Not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness, amazing soft feel. Super easy drinking. Glad to have this as a year round available beer. This is one of my top most purchased beers ever at the moment. It just doesn't get any better for the style vs availability. Every Old Nation NEIPA is better than most anything else I've had in the state. DDH is just as impressive; but a bit more bitter, resinous, dank, and earthy.

Amazing. Aromas and flavors of huge milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, peanut butter, dark roasted coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, fudge, marshmallow, toasted biscuit, and dark bread; with light notes of molasses, licorice, dark fruit, smoke, char, wood, leather, herbal, pepper, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal, woody, spicy hop; and roast, char, coffee bitterness on the finish. Light-medium carbonation and fairly full body. Very creamy, silky, bready malts; light sticky hops and chalky char/roast in the mouthfeel. Lightly increasing lingering hop/char bitter dryness. No acrid/astringency. Dangerously smooth, minimal warming 11.9%. Amazing balance of rich malts, fruity/nutty coffee, and PB flavors; with solid earthy hops against sweetness. Spot on for a dessert style imperial stout. Not overly sweet or bitter either way. Will definitely get some more of this while I can. Nice amount of PB presence for only being a flavoring for the coffee.

Insane DIPA as usual. Aromas and flavors of huge grapefruit, tangerine, lemon, peach, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, and pine hops; with moderate honey, biscuit, light caramel/toasted malts; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Good sized pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation/body, and fairly crisp finishing. Balanced bready/grainy malt, and sticky/resinous/rindy hops in the mouthfeel. Moderate increasing resin dryness, no hop astringency. Super smooth, not overly aggressive, minimal warming 9%. Amazing classic Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade, Citra profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy balanced hop complexity; great bready malt backbone, with minimal residual sweetness from lingering resin dryness. Well attenuated for the ABV. One of the best west coast DIPAs ever made, especially with having no newer hops.

Nice clear amber gold color with white cap and lacing.

Aroma of citrusy, piney hops resting on a solid malt base.

Taste is hop forward with the flavors matching the scent and the underlying malt is substantial coming across as dry but still pleasantly malty. Fairly complex and well blended flavors that finish dry with a firm but pleasing hop kick.

Beautiful morning in Santa Fe, where 4" of fresh snow have dusted everything and it looks like a bloody winter wonderland. Gorgeous.
Needed something clear, clean, and not too heavy. More letters of recommendation to write today. Bosque IPA to the rescue.

I'm just finishing up a New Holland Dragon's Milk. Never had this one before, in fact I'm fairly inexperienced with BBA beers, due to their cost. This is one awesome beer, though, and I'd like to get more experienced with it. It reminds me of BCBS in a lot of ways. Milk chocolate, vanilla, oak & bourbon are the most upfront tastes, but this is a deep & complex beer. Wish I had more than the one.

Great recommendation! I went last week and had St. Bernardus ABT 12 Christmas on tap. I hope to return this weekend. Great tap list and stellar bottle/can cooler for on site consumption or take away. Cheers!
