    Hi Everyone!

If you’ve been here before, you know what to do. If not, this is where we come to rant/rave about The Bruery in 2019. Make sure you follow Beer Advocate’s policies for posts.

I love The Bruery Reserve Society. I live way up in the redwoods of NorCal so the very best barrel aged beers that I have easy access to come directly through this membership. Looking forward to a great year of beers!

I suppose this was in an email somewhere? Here's hoping 2019 gets their shit together with email lists.

If you got the e-mail yesterday (the one that mentioned the cards for benefits), this information could be found by clicking the button link. If you didn't get an e-mail yesterday, contact them about getting on the e-mail list.

Excited for the year, still have yet to find a brewery that does what The Bruery can pull off successfully

If I had to give them one area of growth to work on, it would be communication. That, and making sure I can try allocations in both tasting rooms during the allocation period.

    But the beers are A+

Notwithstanding some minor hiccups the Bruery has the only beer club I would be a member of. Good customer service and great beers do the trick for me. The reduction in Society pick up hours and sometimes lack of a guaranteed allocation time frame (this never occurred in the first few years) was slightly irritating but overall good times as usual for 2018. Hoping for an even better 2019 Society and 375ml bottles for all the high ABV beers.
    Happy New Years all!

I didn't get any email. Hence me saying they need to get their shit together. Four years and I've never had a problem with communication, soon as they opened Offshoot that's been the only emails I get. I've reached out numerous times all year to get it straight. No fix in sight.

For sure. Just wanted to make sure that you didn't miss the button; I know I've missed a few things since they started switching the format of e-mails every month...

Lol, come to DC where that has never happened. We don't have HS/RS/HS, it's all BBS- "Buying Blind Society."

Damn that sounds down right luxurious actually getting to try beers before plunking down $20+ on bottles.

Does anyone know how long it takes for the Hoarders benefits to kick in? I was gonna order some extra beers but still only gives me the reserve price!

In theory should be now, but maybe they won't flick the switch until they're back at work tomorrow. I'd just email them and ask.

    • Enjoy Hoarders benefits 1.1.19!

I'm sure if you bought something and it didn't give the right discount, they'd credit you back. I bet they are just at home today and will get things rolling tomorrow, especially if you shoot them an email to point this out.
