I've enjoyed their Hop Traverse series as a way to get introduced to multiple hop varieties I might otherwise only tasted in the context of being blended with others.

As of this writing they have #5 Simcoe and #13 Nugget on draft. For those wanting to do a side by side of these two hops with that same malt foundation - here you go.

My favorite to date has been #2 Mosaic. What a beautiful IPA to showcase just how great of a hop Mosaic can be. This beer turned me on to Mosaic as a regular hop in my homebrew activities

Sigh. Another one I haven't heard of, that I want to tick. I love it here.

It's a great location, though parking can be a pain at times. A side benefit is that you can walk to two other breweries within about 100 yards

I also love that Cairn has several of their custom built bright tanks directly behind the bar, and these each have a serving tap so you're getting beer as fresh as can be right from the bright tank.
