Polish lagers in general, especially Zywiec and Tyskie. I also really enjoy Alaskan Winter and White which I think are excellent beers and get slightly above average rankings here.

I would say Coors Banquet beer ice cold. BA gives it a "poor", under the right circumstances it is quite refreshing.

You must like it because it makes you feel as though you are an elitist. I don't mean to sound harsh, but why else would you like it that other people's offerings of craft brew did not meet your approval. I am not saying I would drink elephant.

I bought some Kirin Ichiban a couple weeks ago and have to confess that I've been enjoying it with dinner. I just wanted a cold, refreshing, undemanding beer and it fit the bill perfectly. Goes great with some spicy food, I've no complaints.

Besides the nostalgia....low rated beers take pressure off of my wallet - this holiday season I spent a TON on beer....

This is my #1 answer too. It’s my favorite Mexican lager and one of my favorite lagers of any type. Unfortunately, it didn’t really catch on in the US, and I can only find it in 40oz bottles in Jewel stores in neighborhoods with large Hispanic populations now. Right next to the Corona Familiar (which is much better than Corona Extra).

I will second the Hamms and Stroh’s I have seen mentioned multiple times, and I’ll add Old Style (but only draft).

Leffe is way underrated especially their blonde/pale ale. It’s cheap and good enough for me to be a daily beverage.

Genesee cream ale. I find it tastier and just as easy drinking as the average AAL. Plus its always available in a 30 can case in my city, which is odd because I've never found it elsewhere in NC.

Try the opposite. Stick the brats with a fork and grill them. They will loose juices and dry out. Then simmer them in beer. The beer will replace the lost juices.
