The Kane collab is fantastic. Smells and tastes just like weed. Awesome brew.

This Black and White Ambassador they are releasing was tasty on tap a while back.

Wow, these guys got buried on page 2. All three releases from last weekend are solid. City Wide porter on tap was excellent but at $18 a four pack decided to pass and grab an IPA instead. Real Love is delicious. It Takes Two Galaxy and Vic Secret was also very good. But back to the porter, on of the best local ones I’ve had. Well not many local guys do porters......

Surprised interboro doesn’t try to corner the stout/porter game in the city. Seems they are in the elite class of brewers who can brew amazing non adjunct-cereal dark beers.

It Takes Two Galaxy x Vic Secret is really good.

It was a little bitter at first (it pains me to describe beer as too bitter, but such is the times) and has melded into a really nice beer. The Galaxy flavor is forward and very present, but nicely smoothed out by the Vic Secret. It's no surprise as You're All I Need (Vic Secret) is among the best beers they've done, and up there with any single hop dipas I've had. Some of these Interboro beers seem criminally underrated and I can only imagine people are down rating the beers to hoard their local stash!

If I miss on OH cans this Saturday, I'll very happily go back to Interboro for more of these.

Not too mention the Grimm ipas have been killer recently. Awoogah looks like another winner.

Having a mad fat fluid and it has a nice melon flavor happening. Similar to another dose. Very impressed.

Drinking Real Love I got from the store. Nice! I’m hoping we get more NYC cans like this. Starting to see more Barrier and Threes too. Not just the old stuff. Keep it coming. I don’t love the $30 in bridge tolls (although I’m probably going again next weekend - sigh.)

Drinking the That Thing IPA now. Nice nose of fruity bubblegum. Almost reminds me of a Belgian IPA with some faint banana notes.

I've been kind of disappointed in recent stuff I've had from Interboro in the last 3-6 months... not sure if this coincides with any changes they've made (e.g. ramping up capacity, or whatever), but new beers (third anny MFF, dual-hops, phar out phluid) have been average for me relative to earlier stuff, and re-brews of things I've liked in the past (e.g. you're all I need vic secret) have not been as good as prior batches... maybe my palate has shifted or something... curious if anyone else has similar impressions..

I totally agree. I did really like the You're All I Need Galaxy, but outside of that everything I've had for a long while has been average at best.

Third this sentiment. Feels like their IPAs have really lost certain quality in the past few months. That being said I still have enjoyed some of their semi-recent pilsners (Bushburg & Alpine Style) and even a couple sours in a flight there, so I don’t think they’ve completely lost their way. Its unfortunate but there is already enough quality IPA in this market anyway.

I concur. Third anniversry tasted like Dr Pepper to me. A definite sparkle is missing from the brews in the past few months. The third anniversry Mad Fat in the black and white can was not even recognizeable. The beers are not bad but they are nowhere near the level they were.

Interboro used to be a easy stop for me when I would make a run into Brooklyn/queens from out here on the island. Now, I won’t even think of going there even when I’m two blocks away at Grimm. :slight_frown:

Concur. All three Anni beers were pitiful at best. I don't think I'll be spending money there until one of you clowns rolls the dice and gives me the a-ok.
