I know it is still a little early with the release at Churchkey and Rustico coming next weekend, but I wanted to start a thread on where to find Hopslam in cans this year. Looking forward to it again this year.

You’ll be able to find it everywhere. Grocery stores, liquor stores, corner stores.

It’s anwonderful beer, but there will be zero issue getting it.

If you want to find it in that area, you might want to move this thread to that regional forum. Here in the Great Lakes area, it is literally everywhere...I guess we assumed it's like that in most places Bell's distributes.

You’d probably be better off posting in that regional forum then.

Time for the obligatory "the hops are already fading" post. And while I'm at it "last years batch was better" too.

Dunno how its distribution is where you live, but on the plus side, you're in DC and get to drink at Churchkey any time you like. I only get to go there a couple times a year when I'm traveling for work. :stuck_out_tongue:

Really? Every store I walk into by me gets a giant pile of it, some places literally a pallet of it sits on the floor. The whole city is just flooded with it. I'll still see it in April or May even. By then...

With the way styles have gone over the past decade, the barleywine comparison isn’t that outlandish. Hell, it could be listed as a strong ale.

I like this year's batch more personally. That being said, I've also only had two thus far.

Any place selling singles? I wasn't a big fan of last 2 years, so don't want to commit to a full sixer anymore.

Kroger by me had six pack on sale, with my Kroger card, for $15.99. It looked as though 75% of the original display was purchased.

@KEA - HYPESLAM does not need it's own thread.
