I like PNW beer (2019)

    I like beer in 2019. So I thought I'd let people know and I put a date on it. Let's discuss. Please do not refer to beer you may or may not have liked in previous years. And since you can't know if you'll like beer in 2020 or beyond, please don't speculate toward the future.

    Let's stay here in 2019, people. OK? Go.

    I know about this because, in 2019, the beer is good.

    Picked up a sixer of Bodhizafa at while shopping at Costco last night.

    It is good.

    I, too, like PNW beer in 2019.

    To be perfectly clear (while staying compliant with the all-important annual date-stamp), I also like beer from outside of the PNW in 2019. But that is a topic for a different date-stamped thread.

    I don’t know guys, it’s still pretty early in 2019 to decide whether or not I like PNW beer. What if I like it now, but something happens in May that causes me to dislike it for the majority of 2019?

    Based on previous years’ experience (which is relevant to me but not at all to this thread), I think I’ll like PNW beer all year this year, which is the year 2019.

    SoCal likes PNW beer better in 2019?

    That seems unlikely, but is still flattering in 2019.

    The wife and are currently in NorCal, and so I'm unsure as to my current feelings about pnw beer. True, I've found pnw beer to be agreeable in the past, but I gather that's no guarantee as to whether or not I'll like it again in the future. Who knows what the future will bring?

    As I'm unable to currently render an opinion regarding the quality and benefits of pnw beer, I can be of little assistance in assisting @sharpski with his current conundrum. In other words, he'll need to navigate on his own the vagaries of pnw beerdom in 2019, accepting the reality that just because he enjoyed a glass of pnw today, in no way guaratees that he will have a similar experience tomorrow.

    While the future definitely doesn't have us getting any younger, I hope it does have you getting Younger.

    If I may:

    The NW WBAYDN thread is where we talk about which beer we're drinking right now.

    This thread is for saying that we enjoy PNW beer, during the time period identified with a BeerAdvocate-approved year stamp.

    Two completely different subjects.

    I must not have been around long enough to get the whole timestamp issue as I am definitely missing something. The vast majority of the WBAYDN thread is discussing PNW Beer people are enjoying in 2019.
