Nope, but i've heard it's amazing and i'm sure it is. The two beers are very similarly rated, and i think cmukid87 nailed it with his explanation above.

It definitely is amazing. You should give it a go

I just looked up values and came up with around 1 VRU at the moment for Coco vibes. For this reason I am not sure how it can be close to FF 1:1. Forces hasn't moved for less than 1.5 VRU in months and that's the low end of its value. Not to mention they very rarely move these days.

Yeah I never said 1:1. Might have me confused with someone who actually said 1:1

But I did say coconut vibes batch 2 is around one vru. So we agree there.

Still, all of the Vibes beers are way overhyped. Not worth nearly as much as people want to make them out to be, and don't taste nearly as good as the STL hype plays it up as.

We all know your opinion of SP/Shared.

So let’s agree to disagree. All value/hype/trade value aside, Cory and his team brew world class beer. Some of the best I’ve had.

And no matter you’re secondary valuation of either brew. FF is not trading for 2x Coco Vibes. And if it does more power the trader. Ultimately, it’s up to both traders. I’d agree with @Thirst_trappist its probably 1:1+. Plus side on the Coco Vibes.

And what is that, exactly? I've not disparaged the beer that comes out of there (it is one brewery after all). It's good to great in most cases.

But to feign that any of the Vibes are some of the best ever of their style is disingenuous, at best...but what else would STL be good at, than that. Above all else, after all this time, I can't believe people still fall for it. A pretty, stylish label really does go a long ass way.

Looking to acquire SP D#10. Need some insight as I am not familiar with side project. What were the limits for it when released? How many out in the wild? Also what would it take to land it (VRUs)?

To go was 2pp for members, so probably ~300 bottles in the wild. Haven't seen too many recent trades, but would guess ~2 VRUs? Last trade I recall seeing close was BBT b2 1:1

Nice, that doesn't sound exceedingly steep. I'm guessing my biggest battle will be locating one.

I never see any talk about FOb2 in this thread. Where does that sit in the VRU scale if I'm looking for one.

Ever since Bottle Logic has expanded, values have slowly fallen even on older batches. I can see it going 1 : 1 with a possible plus on the FOb2 side

I feel it's under 1 vru but how low....I'm not sure.

If I'm off...someone please correct me

I agree with both. FOb4 being produced and available in higher quantities has lowered trade value of previous FO vintages (with exception for FOb1). However, even back when FOb2 was released, it was slightly under VR trade value. Where it sits now is a good question. I certainly don't think it's two FOb2 but maybe an FOb2 + something like a Darkstar November should get it done.

Last few have moved right around .6 VRU. I think if you were trading a VR for an FO b2, you would get the b2 plus another nice BL bottle for sure.

IMO don’t do it though, while b2 is still good, it’s the least of the 4 years imo. Get 2 FO b3 instead and enjoy!

Has anyone seen any kind of trade value on Owl's First Hoot? I've only seen two trades open, both FT. No word on any bites. Both were asking pretty big ISO, though. Haven't seen anyone ISO, which is surprising to me.

It was a bottle included for VIPs at the HOOTenany fest. Made by Horus Aged Ales. Apparently ~300 bottles. Barrel aged Geisha coffee stout. Don't know about the trade value though. Given the brewery's past bottle releases and the fact that it's a festival bottle, I would put it around .75 - 1 VRU
