Started with a ddc/alchemist collab, Morality. Such an awesome IPA. Moved onto a Symbiose #3 - oak aged sour with brett-SUCH an easy drinker for 7.2%. Cheers!

Started with a fresh Weyerbacher Double Simcoe that was bottled less than two weeks ago, now on to a bomber of Port Brewing Santa's Little Helper.

While catching up on Boardwalk Empire.

I need a good movie tonight, any suggestions? Something I may not have seen or even heard of (think obscure but awesome like Memento).

    Cheers!

Finished last night's bottle of Cellar Door, and that may be it for me tonight but I'm considering a bottle of Hopsecutioner. I picked up a single of it, not sure how to interpret their dating method, only to find out today that it's a six-months-prior kind of deal, so I unwittingly bought a 3-4 month old IPA. Sonofabitch, amirite?

Any of Nolan's other movies. "Following" maybe? Or if you want something that reminds me of Memento go for "Irreversible". And on to beer stuff, I need help deciding what to drink: sour, stout, saison?

Yeah (review). Great stuff, probably the most 'traditional' saison I've had from them.

Starting with this tonight. I am on a mission to drink all the odds and ends beers in my fridge to clear space. This one isn't huge in the flavor department, but the light crispness leads to it being highly drinkable, this went down with a quickness.

Now I'm sipping on a Small Batch 471 IPA from Breckenridge. Much closer score, per my reviews, to the draught than the bottle I reviewed. D licious.
