Will the cans be deflated to make them easier to hold?

It is my understanding this beer will only be available at the pilot brewery/tasting room in Boston.

    Cheers!

I think it’s a very humorously titled beer.

I think the version they release in NJ near the Meadowlands will be called 18-1.

Too many breweries that are great are now considered boring by a lot of people. Gone are the days where KBS and Hopslam where difficult and sought after. Kind of a bummer and makes me feel old and in the way myself considering these are beers that I once hunted down and that I still love.

The OP says it's brewery- exclusive but you never know.

Excelent name. Love the “What does it really mean twist?” Boston Beer still knows how to market (plus brew) with skill.
Reminds me of how my wife of 39yrs fondly describes me.
    Hey! A triple entendre.

The first 199 people that showed up to the brewery could purchase one crowler per person. For everyone else, the beer is available on draft in the tap room until the kegs are kicked.

Interesting that they chose to brew a Farmhouse New England Style Double IPA. I think it would be an interesting beer to try on tap.

I have a suspicion that this beer will show up eventually under a different label. It will be Sam's contribution to the glut of $16 4 packs. Especially if it's well received at the tap room, as far as I know they only have one current entry in the NEIPA market.

Brewery only...that would be like 12 beers for me. Insufficient sustainence.

I believe the goat signifies that Sam Adams just might consider Tom Brady the "Greatest Of All Time".

Sam Adams was my first step into the world of craft brewing and they will always hold a special place in my heart, but they definitely have fallen behind in the world of craft beer and overall revisiting a lot of their brews, I find that they aren't really as impressive as I first thought they were - good, very good at times, but not mind shattering as I once thought. So yes, they are too old, too slow, but they are still here and I hope they are here for quite some times to continue to usher in new fans of the world of craft

I'd put money on him being Satan before I'd bet he was G.O.A.T.

I rarely have Sam Adams these days and I'm not a Pats fan but this "Too Old, Too Slow, Still Here" campaign is very clever in establishing the parallel between the player and the brewer.

    Great point!

Jim Koch (Sam Adams) has certainly beer too slow in reacting to much of the craft beer market.

    Cheers to you!!
