    I had a dream! A dream that I would walk around town pulling joints out of my pocket the same way a magician would pull hankies out of his sleeve. I also had a dream that I got a Starbucks tab for $7 at a bar instead of my regular bar tab. I don't know what those dreams mean but, I'm determined to make it happen. Shower and rehydration time.

    Last day off to hopefully recover a bit from this cortisone shot. I can hardly lift a gallon of milk without pain right now so I'm guessing working at a grocery store might not be the best place to be tommorow.

    Rich amber hued body; gently rising carbonation; thick, sculpted head leaving dense sheets of foam along the glass. Sweet, pine resin aroma. Excellent flavor, balanced with mild malt goodness and a bold, bracing hop bitterness. Medium-heavy body; crisp and ticklish on the palate; fairly dry mouthfeel throughout.

    A well-balanced beer, with distinctive and pleasant depth and complexity.

    Hazy light gold with large white cap and lacing.

    Aroma of sharp, herbal hops and mild malt.

    Flavor definitely leans toward hops (Mosaic) with malt trailing behind. The hops are sharply piney with some citrus touches but pine dominates. Malt stays in the background but the brew is designed to be hop centric so I don't suppose any more malt is needed. Overall it makes a good impression as an intensely hop flavored beer with genuine hop flavor and not just hop bitter.
