Any idea what the dates for stout week will be? I saw last year was Feb 13-Feb 18th

 

Week of Feb 5 per SP Cellar Instagram.

 

What does stout week at Side Project usually entail? Big on-site bottle selection? Releases for to-go? Never been there for one of them.

 

When the "Candles" series is on tap, it's always worth the drive. Fingers crossed.

It was still at the Cellar as of an hour ago. Out at the brewery. No idea how much was left.

 

Some stout week details up on the blog now, nice lineup. From a monetary standpoint, I'm kind of glad my schedule doesn't allow me to attend many weeknight events haha

The most recent blend of Merci seems to be showing up at a few beer bars around St. Louis (Itap, some of the Baileys joints).

This is the first time I've ever seen SP available elsewhere. Anybody have any insight? Just a glut of Merci, or is this an ongoing expansion of SP into area bars?

 

I've seen La Ruche b1 at Sidney Street Cafe. I think it was $40. That was about 9 months ago.

 

It was a collab with TWCP and they still have a ton on the shelves there. I can only assume an agreement was worked out by TWCP to unload some of it.

 

BA coconut vibes going down at 6pm. Draft pours to kick off stout week. Fingers crossed they release it to go this week.

it is their stout week and its been advertised for two weeks now. They do special tappings or bottles every day. yesterday was Derivation 8, today is 3 different bottles of DB Derivation, tomorrow is a surprise.

 

no, i get that. it’s just that to my knowledge OP isn’t like an inside source of info on SP / Shared and his post contained no supporting documentation or evidence that it wasn’t just some bro talking out his A on the internet. which is totally cool. that’s what the internet is for. i certainly wasn’t calling them out or calling them a liar, but again, post made no mention of “per cellar chalkboard” or “per cellar menu” and it was posted at like 5:15 so i was just curious as to whether there wasn’t any proof behind it. that also why the LOL reply befuddled me a bit. but i certainly wasn’t trying to offend anyone or call anyone out.
