Noble is canning and selling Nose Candy 16oz four-packs for the first time later this week.

They haven't announced price. What price point would make it attractive to you?

I think $11.99 would be my ceiling with $9.99 making it a potential regular purchase.

More likely $14.99. Nobility will probably be $19.99. That’s what I think.

I hate to keep stating the obvious, but Noble was very near and dear to my heart for a long time. Now, they are one of my top picks in the imaginary Brewery Dead Pool pals and I discussed.

My two favorite Noble beers are watered down versions of their former selves. My once desert Island beer, Naughty Sauce, now tastes like Starbucks runs the party; while Citra Showers, albeit not bad, it’s not the top 250 beer it once was. Noble to me is like your car returned after it was stolen, or your girlfriend when she came back from Cancun after spring break: they are NOT the same. Couple this with the fact that their canned Shower beers are way too overpriced, I’m no longer a fan. Cheers.

I bought their most recent Mosaic Showers 4pk. Not bad. But not og. Worth $20 for 4pk? Negative. Just so much better beers out there these days. I will stop in when I’m in the area checking out a gig at the Grove or an Angels game or the Ducks. That’s it.

Nothing like the OG days when we would run into each other grabbing our precious 22oz bombers of The Shower Series or Tongue Tickles. Dayum, that OG Tongue Tickles was legendary.

    Cheers,

Well I guess the releases of DDH Double Plat and Jucifer is Lucifer were just the random muscle twitchs of a lifeless corpse. I thought for a second Noble might be alive again but these last 3 can releases (Atreyu, Python, and Hazor) have confirmed their death for me

    That label art is atrocious.

Which will happen first: a manned mission to Mars or Noble's expansion?

Come on, let's make both options a little more even: Noble's expansion or heat death of the universe?

I personally don't know any one, or even know a friend-of-a-friend that joined their beer club, and their IPAs in terms of value alone are not remotely up to industry leaders. I'll be very interested to see where they set their prices at for the new cans of core beers. Realistically I hope to see $9.99-10.99, but I don't have a ton of faith in them to be priced reasonably.

Nose Candy is $12 per IG. Not bad but not great. Will pick one up and hope for the best.

No shortage of folks saying Noble was/is about to be sold. A few long timers recently left as well.

Perhaps this is the cannabis company acquisition target recently reported?

Is it about to be a brewery acquisition, playa?

Yea, Matt and Julie bailed. The writing is on the wall. Matt's been super kind enough to chat with me in the past about beer and commercial brewing on more than one occasion. Seems like genuine dude. Hope his next stop is better than the last.

Can't remember what Nose Candy tasted like circa 2015 but this batch is good, not $12 per four-pack good though. One and done for me.

Tickets for the 10th Anniversary party go on sale tomorrow. Seems they somehow skipped two years since last year they celebrated their 7th Anniversary.

Anywho, they've shared no details except date, time and price.
