Other Half (2019)

I believe the state actually owns the logo. They send out hundreds of C&D letters a year apparently. Whether or not they enforce them beyond that is clearly up for debate. I guess Other Half just didn't want to deal with any possible repercussions.

Superfun! was actually my first Other Half beer. Had it on tap at Pony Bar HK in July of 2014.
Made my first visit that August and the rest is history. Happy 5th, OH!

 

Let's be honest. We all know OH is going to announce some kind of glassware tomorrow or possibly at like 3AM Saturday to drum up even more hype.

 

Is anyone planning to try and go early? From what I’ve heard the majority are looking to lineup around 1-3am the latest...

While I have no doubt that there will be people lining up very early for this, I have a hard time believing that the majority of people are camping out overnight.

The new anni beer will be better, worse, or the same as the next new beer that gets released next week. Anyone lining up at 1am is a complete fool. Beer can be so stupid sometimes. Thankfully these days are numbered and it will be back to normal the following weeks.

PS. Who left the door open for Malcolm to sneak back in here???

 

i know it’s sad, but even if only partly true and limits are set at 3-4 we’d be looking at a sell out for any 180-200 case batches after about 400 people. I think usually 400 is counted right up to court st I believe. Will be a fun day

Apologies for not managing that better, I've been a little busy lately and the anniversary release kinda threw a wrench in things. I don't think I'll be available again until March.

I'm shooting for 5am tomorrow if anyone else is hanging, assuming I don't get trolled by the MTA as per usual.

 

I guess even the mods of the OH FB group don't want to deal with this bullshit.

 

The irony is that guy is a muler and will prob be there a 12am. Everyone wants their beer and to drink it too (without waiting in line at 28 degree temps).
