    These guys need a new 2019 thread too. Ian took this brewery to new heights in 2018 and they have become a personal favorite. This beer is Ian's new take on his Nelson Citra creation called Neltra. This time its a DDH dank AF fruit bomb. For some of you younger BA's that think that juicy beers need to be hazy you owe it to yourself to pop in and drink one of Ian's west coast IPA/DIPAs. This batch is insane and scary crushable for the 9.5% ABV.

    I thought Neltra was one of the OG recipes (pretty sure he tweaked it though), still miss Riipalicious (all Nelson hops) and I would get growlers delivered to my place back then since the taproom wasn't open yet.

    Anyone else considering going this weekend for the smores beer? I'm mildly afraid of the pastryboi crowd that may swamp the area.

    Was thinking about it, but with Heritage BBQ and the stout it could be very crowded.

    Neltra is one of RiiP's OG beers brewed when they first opened. Ian is using the OG recipe and probably tweeking it here and there Ian's way. I haven't tried this one yet.
    I thought they still deliver growlers/crowlers? Maybe not?

    Get there at 11am. Or a bit before. I would be there but I've got my own party I'm hosting that day. Was hoping for a sixtel of a RiiP IPA. Instead I got a keg of Beachwood IPA for the party. It's all good. :slight_smile:

    :grin: Taco Party Lady and Amalgamator keg ( plus sh!te beer for those who don't understand or get independent craft beer). And everything else in between. Seems like everytime Heritage visits RiiP I'm either out of town or busy that day.

    You and Gunz are absolutely correct, this DDH variation is Ian's take on the OG RiiP recipe that I completely forgot about.

    Stopped in today to get a few crowlers. Really enjoyed Super Cali and the stout from last weekend, Flannels and Flip Flops so I grabbed one of each to go.

    Looks like a tasty collab with Humble Sea " Lords Of Fogtown " on for fills at RiiP. I see a trip down PCH is in my future.

    This could very well be the best take on this style Ian has brewed to date, add the collaborative input from HumbleSea Brewing and it's in " that " category. Insane aromatics and layer upon layer of complex concentrated flavor's. Seek it out.

    Pushing this thread back into the lime-light because this beer deserves some love. Everybody's Murking For The Weekend is a dank juicy AF 6.4% ABV. IPA that drinks much bigger than it's petite booze level suggests. Citrus, Nelson and Simcoe, how can that not taste great ! Looks delicious too. Highly recommend this one, it's a crusher.
