This Vapor Ringz is ridiculously good. That is all.

 

Any idea whether Vapor Ringz will last till tomorrow night? I haven’t been able to get out there yet.

 

Carton has their 13% Superegoipa already as well.

 

Opened it tonight. Yeah managed to crush the bottle - way more drinkable for me than this strength of OH stout generally is. I think it’s just that I’m a ho for coffee in stouts. Had the banana one on tap and while I enjoyed it, 4oz was absolutely enough.

On topic of quad IPAs etc - it’s so funny how palate can change so quickly. ACE and it’s milkshake brother double citra are my fave OH beers. But after drinking 5th anni all weekend, double citra tasted almost watery for the first few gulps. Now things have reset and am loving it. But you can see how people easily go down the max palate saturation big beer rabbit hole

 

totally agree...I’ve been drinking 5th for the past few days, had a DDH citra today and felt it was watered down.

 

I see mylar bags is getting released tomorrow. Any chances MB and space hullicinations lasts until sunday? I would love to try them but have friends visiting saturday and can't make a run up until sunday. Hoping mb every1 had their fill with the anni stuff....

 

MB should last. Most likely Space as well but that may sell out later in the day. This weekend should be pretty low key.

 

A couple comments on last weekends release now that Ive had time to process (recover):

I still don't understand why people subject themselves to lining up overnight, or sleeping in their cars at night, especially in last weekends weather. How is it even worth it for mules? I showed up at 8am and only missed out on one can. The biggest issue I had was how long it took to actually get beer. With all the cutting the line was 4 people wide most of the way. I can't really complain though because I spent most of the 4 hours it took to get beer drinking in the taproom. Good on OH for opening up so early.

5th Anniversary is tasting great too.

 

OH should name their first DDHed, oat-creamed, 'tosed 4XIPA 'All Insidious Everything '.

Was lucky enough to be in town for work and had it on draft. Incredible.

 

Drinking the coffee stout now which is also great, but I wouldn't be ok drowning in it

 

Absolutely zero line and lots of everything at 10:00 am.

 

Any sense if Vapor Ringz is still hanging out this afternoon? FOMO is pushing me to my breaking point... and I cant roll in until 330.

 

I just left. Unless I’m mistaken, the midweek cans are both sold out now. They seem to have plenty of all today’s releases. No line.

 

Anybody know when they usually move cans from the corner into the taproom? Might get there for a few 4packs around 6:30

 

My day in a nutshell:
>Go to the gym for an hour and a half
>Go to Whole Foods to get stuff to make Greek yogurt chicken salad and some flax wraps
>Get home, prepare said chicken salad, do some pull-ups and crunches
>Look in the fridge, "hey maybe I should drink this now," *cracks open bottle of Cookie Kooks*
