Yeah, enjoying Mosaic Ninja now. I understand what people are saying about maltiness. And I remember these being some of the hoppiest beers i’d ever had years ago.

I think it’s really balanced, with a nice malt stickiness complimenting the hop profile and wonderful fragrance.

It reminds me of the time in craft beer before Mikerphone ruined everything.

    Ninja Haze is dope.

NvU is still the best IPA within 700 miles. It’s crazy how readily available a beer of that quality is.

I broke the no bomber IPA guideline for Unicorn v science 2. The first one was really solid.

Update - had my second and final mosaic ninja (I thought it would pair well with some spicy yaki ramen from the neighborhood izakaya), and... it was awesome. Hops, malt, and booziness balanced perfectly while keeping the flavor dialed up to 10. After all the haze I’ve been drinking, it really hit the spot. It reminded me of drinking a plain expedition a while ago after getting burned out on barrels and pastries - just a really solid beer that tastes like the style of beer it should taste like.

Ok, I’m going to go shout at my fridge of trendy beers now.

    “Be better!”

“None of you will even be in demand by the time dark lord day hits!”

“Oh my god, how old is that OG 4loko back there?”

Did b1 KoB have Idaho 7 hops? I hate them but loved b1 so now I’m wondering.

I feel like pipeworks really missed an opportunity to throw coffee into “blended,” be vague about the beer, and start the Crack the Skye 2.0 debate.

Has Pipeworks released a straight-up no-adjunct barrel aged imperial stout in the last couple of years? All the Jones Dog and Hyper Dog beers have some form of adjuncts. Murderous is a barlewiney series. I may be just completely blanking but it would be nice to see them release just a straight up BA imperial stout at some point.
