    No rookie here. Competitive powerlifter for 35 years.
    Squats and calf raises Friday. Light squats! There was a time my squat was over 500 for reps.
    Now I'm very happy to do what I can do. :beers:

    Same here but my best squat was just 380. Now I do high reps with less weight than my former (40 years ago) warm up set. Getting old is not for wimps.
