His other recent ISO/FT posts don't seem ridiculous.

 

You should be allowed to rip on someone's offer, but only if you give your opinion on EVERY SINGLE TRADE THREAD.

looks like it's not that ridiculous. leon and huna are surely worth a bcbvs each.

 

It's just my way of pointing out that everyone sees offers differently. I do think some are outrageous, but I wouldn't say the ones you're referring to, are blatantly trying to start an argument, I think that is what they value their bottles at.

And wasn't Whiskey Huna a much, much smaller bottle count than the BA Dark Lord varieties, something like sub-200?

I personally wouldn't make that trade, but don't think its totally outrageous especially if someone was trying to tick all of the Huna varieties.

Whiskey Huna - 171 wants/15 gots =11.4 wants to gots ratio
Rare - 1,267 wants/435 gots = 2.9 wants to gots ratio

My eyes are certainly playing tricks on me, but all this talk makes me want to make a whiskey reduction marinade for a fresh tuna steak.

Hey, hey...look at me, being a point of reference. Unless it was done more than once, I traded 2 Rares for a Bourbon Vanilla DL and a '12 DL. No regrets and we were both happy. Oh yeah, the other guy was a complete noob...I feel so violated, like I was taken advantage of j/k.

I traded beer(s) I have had for a beer that I wanted. I guess I regret not being able to have people reply with what they think I should have done with MY beer.

 

Lol, you can call me whatever you want, just keep our pet names private . For the record, I'd do it again if I had 2 more Rares. Granted, I haven't tried the DL yet but I wasn't awed by Rare. I knew it would be one of my only chances to try the DL since I had limited trade bait to land it.

In the end, it's just beer. I didn't lose money, my house, dog, etc. I traded 2 f'in bottles of beer. I'll drink the DL, just as I would have the Rare, enjoy it and move on.

 

Is it really that hard to not thread shit? If you don't like the offer don't click on it. If you want to ask them a question, send them a message. It's really that easy.

I have started a list of **** traders on my profile page. That said, not sure this guy qualifies, but he's someone I wouldn't be surprised to see crash and burn along the way. I am wary of anyone who uses ellipses as his only form of punctuation.
