    Having a much needed cold beer on my way home from school (once again). Have work at the bar later tonight so I might as well get started :grin:

    A twist on the classic Carlsberg we Danes are known for. Don't remember the exact story but I think they found some of the original Carlsberg bottles from 1883 during a renovation of the brewery and somehow recultivated the old original yeast and brewed a beer with it. Kinda like Jurassic Park but with beer. Whatever they did they made a great beer. Cheers everyone!

    Yum. Also had the chance, finally, to try Perennial's Sump Coffee Stout - holy shit that stuff is good. Kept me awake for a little bit last night, but WORTH IT.

    Clear lighter shade of gold color with white cap and lacing.

    Aroma of sweet malt and spicy, floral hops.

    Taste is much better the the usual Mexican AAL with real beer aroma and enough malt/hops to actually taste. More Helles in style with something slightly vanilla in the aftertaste.
