    I defended him last round from the insane porch bombing. I felt sorry for his poor porch. I am not a participant in this round, but I think you might be right in this case.

    OK, OK. I meant to get shit out today, but, well, beer happens.

    I've got pairings set, but unless there's a better option by the time I wake up in the AM, I'll have to come up with a theme. Don't make me do that.

    Even though, some of y'all know one of my jobs. I have an 18 hour day scheduled there on Sunday. I think the reason might make a good theme.

    You youngsters might not agree with me.

    Does anyone here like beer/wine hybrids? This one is pretty darn good, from a brewery that has been doing them well for a few years. 80% 1-2 year Barrel aged sour aged on golden plums, 10% Saison aged on orange wine skins, blended with 10% Riesling at bottling. If my eventual target likes this sort of thing, this Brewery’s best example of the style will definitely be in one of the boxes I send. Maybe this one will make the cut too. Cheers!
