    Alright, so I had the fifth anniversary IPA last weekend and again today. Slowly, the bite is dropping off but is present in the back end. Aromatics reduced. Juiciness very much still present. Minimal booziness. I think this week into next weekend is the time to drink them at their best, but I think given the aromatics are down a tad and it's still tasty it can probably make it the full three months (so last week of April) from canning with plenty of flavor and bite, though it'll be heavily malt and juice at that time I would think. Make of that what you will. Missing the enigma from the 4th-I think it's oddball flavor works well if you're holding on to a triple NEIPA like this and not necessarily drinking immediately.

    Speaking of beers you should drink now, I just cracked my last bottle of BA Snowbirds and its starting to fall off hard, drink it if you got it.

    It was like a bait and switch , snowbirds available but no DDH ACE at 12. Almost as big a scandal as FyeaorFestival

    Correct me if I’m wrong, but there hasn’t even been an announcement yet has there? They have a space but from what I’ve read are focusing on Rochester and Williamsburg first.
