It's overcast and rainy here in the greater SAT area - still nicer than PA. Today's New Breakfast Beer and one that's going to show up in one of my target's boxes (Haul Hint):



Not bad.

 

12welve Eyes Belgian Chocolate

 

Happy Tuesday ba. Up and at it with another first timer for me. Brigadeiro, breakfast stout, from Springdale/Jack's Abby. A little thin on the body but nicely coffee forward,

 

And a great beer choice.. Love anything Suarez and they make amazing quality saisons and pilsner cheers

And its better then I remember... Bittersweet chocolate fudge with a shit ton of coffee soaked with bourbon. Just fantastic cheers

 

Got a paper to finish for school and, as always, I'm at Warpigs brewpub to finish it up.

All Guns Hazin' brewed in collaboration with Stigbergets, a 4.5% ABV pale ale. Last time I was here I made the mistake of trying all the heavy stouts whilst writing my paper. This time I'm keeping it lighter and will reward myself with one a the big stouts once I'm done. This while do just fine as a study beer. It's light and refreshing. As always when Stigbergets is involved it just a really well-made beer. Cheers!

Happy 10th to @cavedave - virtual bar presence more easily celebrated here than birthdays since the latter fill me with existential dread. But anyway... Two Hearted!

 

Another newbie here ba. Hell On Wood, bba barleywine, from DuClaw brewing. This is a big and aggressive beer. Predominantly, strong barrel notes with whiskey, oak, tannin, and booze as all hell. A little rough around the edges but I like it,

 

Turns out I've done far more progress on the paper then I remembered and is pretty much done, except for some minor tweaks and adjustments. Another pale ale for the last few things that needs to be done and I think I'm ready for some stouts!

Galaxy Lemon Drop by Warpigs, 5% ABV pale ale. Somewhat similar to the first one I had but this is more lemony and not as sweet. Still pretty crushable.

 

back at it again. realizing my whole body is sore from work, think today will be a deserved day off. just laundry to be done. cheers friends.

 

I've done what I can for today is saving the rest for tomorrow. So it's stout time!

(Eriks) November Pain brewed in collaboration with 3 Floyds, a 6.5% ABV stout brewed with coffee, vanilla, cocoa nibs, chili and cinnamon. I've had this one before and I absolutely love it! There is definitely a lot going on and it gets kind of heavy towards the end but it's still a brilliant beer.

 

Doing chores, listening to music, drinking beer.
